Welcome to Olaveson Performance LLC (“Olaveson Performance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or purchasing products or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase products or services. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Products and Services

Olaveson Performance LLC sells high-performance engines, engine components, and related services. Engines may be run-stand tested but are not dyno-tested. All products are intended for automotive or off-road use only.

Important:

Marine, airboat, aircraft, and water-based applications are prohibited.
Racing, track, or competition use may void warranty unless approved in writing.
Customer assumes full responsibility for installation, tuning, break-in, fuel, and maintenance.

3. Limited Engine Warranty

All engine purchases are subject to our Limited Engine Warranty Policy. By purchasing, you agree to the terms outlined in the warranty, which defines coverage, exclusions, procedures, and remedies.

Warranty highlights include:

Coverage only for defects in materials or workmanship
Exclusions for misuse, improper installation, improper tuning, or unapproved applications
Repairs or replacements at Olaveson Performance LLC’s discretion
Liability capped at 50% of the original engine purchase price

4. Orders, Payment, and Deposits

All prices are in USD.
Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
Custom-built engines and labor are non-refundable.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment must be completed before shipping or delivery.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to the customer once products leave our facility.
Shipping damage claims must be filed with the carrier.
Olaveson Performance LLC is not responsible for errors, delays, or damage caused by third-party shipping or payment processors.

6. Customer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

Proper installation, setup, and tuning
Fuel, oil, and fluid selection
Following break-in procedures
Operating the engine within recommended specifications

Failure to follow these requirements may void warranty coverage.

7. Performance Disclaimer

Any horsepower, torque, or performance figures provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual results may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

Olaveson Performance LLC is not liable for:

Engine failure due to misuse or improper installation
Vehicle damage or personal injury
Loss of use, lost time, lost profits, towing, rental vehicles, or labor costs

Total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.

9. Chargebacks

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action and permanent refusal of service.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, branding, build sheets, and media are the property of Olaveson Performance LLC and may not be used without written permission.

11. Privacy

By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and Conditions, and all transactions with Olaveson Performance LLC, are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Idaho.

Return and Refund Policy

By purchasing from Olaveson Performance LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Limited Engine Warranty.

Eligibility: Customers must be 18 years or older.

Custom Engines & Labor: All custom-built engines, assemblies, and labor are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable once work begins. Warranty claims are handled through the Limited Engine Warranty Policy.

Standard Parts & Accessories: Returns may be accepted for unused, uninstalled items in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Returns are subject to inspection and may be denied if items show use or damage.

Shipping Damage: Inspect items upon delivery. Shipping damage claims must be filed with the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier errors or delays.

Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior approval or outside the timeframe will not be accepted.
